Ho Ho Ho

We decided to stay home this year and just celebrate with the 3 of us, since we'll be going to San Diego for my half marathon in January. We had a great time! On Christmas Eve I made a huge dinner with turkey, stuffing, potatoes, yams, and my mom's famous rolls. Everything you could ever want. We had our lovely neighbor friends over and ate until we got sick.

Christmas morning came and we opened presents and enjoyed the rest of our day together. Brett was shocked by the totally rad gifts I got him, a Gocco, and some new Chucks. And I was thrilled with the SL Running Co gift card, diamond for my ring and ipod shuffle he got me. Our parents spoiled us with tons of other gifts to open so our present opening lasted for a while. Gwen didn't quite get how to open the gifts, but it was fun to see her try. We got her a Walk n' Ride toy. It's like a walker for babies. It's hilarious and she loves it! We think it makes her feel free, since she can finally walk on her own.

Holy crap she's cute

So much has happened in the last few months that I haven't blogged about, and I'm too lazy to try and make up for it now. So I thought I would post cute picture of Gwen instead. Enjoy!

And forever just keeps getting better

*photo disclaimer* I realize these are the same photos I posted for our anniversary 2 years ago, but in order to get other photos up, I would have to scan them in and I'm just too lazy to do that. And these ones are pretty anyways.

4 years ago I married the coolest guy in the world... and he just keeps getting cooler. It's hard to believe that it's been that long but pretty much every moment has been amazing with Brett. He's the best father and husband anyone could ever ask for. I'm so grateful he chose me and that we get to spend eternity together.

To celebrate, Brett and I went to dinner while our neighbors watched Gwen. We had a great time, it was weird being without the little G, but so delightful all at the same time.

P.S. Computer problems have been solved!!!! Blogging as usual can continue. Don't worry Anna, I have had my old Mac for about 8 years and I have never had a problem with it. I think this issue was just a fluke with our laptop. Macs are and will always be better than PC's, no matter what any PC nerd tries to tell you. HAHAHAHA!!

Pardon the interuption...

Our computer had to be rebuilt last month and as a result our iphoto has been a little haywire, and it's still not fixed. Hence the lack of posts. We've had a lot going on the last few weeks and we've taken a ton of pictures, but I can't get to them. So here's our Christmas card we designed. Maybe we will get on the ball enough to print it AND send it out.
